A full-body workout in 50 minutes

Updated

KARVE’s Full Body Transformer class trains your legs, glutes, core, back and arms in one 50-minute session: a short warm-up, then blocks of slow, loaded movements on the Transformer, finishing with a burner. Nothing to split across the week — come two or three times and every muscle group gets worked each time.

How the 50 minutes run

A short warm-up, then lower body (lunges and squats on the carriage), core (planks and pikes), upper body (rows and presses with straps), and a finisher. Every block has a lighter option your instructor calls before it starts.

Why full body suits busy weeks

Split routines need four or five gym days to cover everything. One full-body class covers it in 50 minutes, so even a week with two classes trains every muscle twice. In Doha’s working week that usually means a weekday early-morning or evening slot, plus one on the lighter Friday or Saturday timetable.

What it feels like

Slow and heavy rather than fast: your heart rate stays up because rests are short, but there is no jumping. Expect your legs to shake in the first weeks — that is the muscle working under tension.
