About an order or reservation
Include the name and email you used on the order. Changes and cancellations are free at any time before the payment link is paid, and a reservation can be moved to a different product without losing your founder spot.
Partnerships and press
KARVE works with hotels, residences, brands and media in every city it opens in. Choose the matching subject in the form and tell us what you have in mind; the Doha team and the London partnerships lead both read it.
Instructors and jobs
Instructor applications go through the dedicated page so the training team sees them with your certifications attached. Front-of-house roles are announced on this site and on Instagram closer to the opening.
