Terms

Reserving a founding membership or ordering a product on this site records your name, contact details, the product and its price. No payment is taken on the site. A secure payment link is sent before opening day; your membership or pass begins on your first class, not on the day of payment.

You may cancel a reservation or order at no cost at any time before the payment link is paid, by emailing qatar@karve.club.

Founder Unlimited is QAR 1,200 per month, billed monthly. The rate is fixed for as long as the membership remains continuously active, including freezes. If the membership is cancelled and later restarted, the standard rate of the day applies.

Memberships are month to month, may be frozen, and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

All monthly memberships (Founder Unlimited, Unlimited, Define, Maintain) renew automatically each month on the same card until cancelled. Cancel by emailing qatar@karve.club with 30 days’ notice; the notice period cannot run during a freeze. Membership fees are not refundable once a monthly period has started.

You can freeze your membership at any time, for as long as you need, by emailing qatar@karve.club. Billing pauses for the frozen period and resumes automatically when the freeze ends. Founder pricing is preserved through any freeze.

Validity runs from first use: single class 14 days; 5 Class Pack 30 days; 10 Class Pack 3 months; 20 Class Pack 6 months; 7 Day All Access 7 days, new clients only. Packs are personal and non-transferable.

Classes can be booked up to 7 days ahead. Every class is subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy.

Class packs, single classes, Define and Maintain: a booking cancelled at least 12 hours before the class start returns the credit; a cancellation inside 12 hours or a no-show uses the credit and it is not refunded.

Founder Unlimited, Unlimited and 7 Day All Access: there is no charge for a late cancellation or a no-show, but each one is recorded as a strike.

Three strikes in any 30-day period suspend online booking until you speak to the studio; repeated strikes may end the membership.

Late entry is not permitted: the studio door closes at the class start time and the booking counts as a no-show. New clients arrive at least 10 minutes early for the safety introduction. Waitlist places are booked automatically when a bed opens and are subject to the same cancellation rules.

Grip socks are required in every class. Tell your instructor about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before class; obtain medical clearance where appropriate. KARVE may refuse participation where it judges training unsafe.

Members must be 16 or over. Members aged 16 or 17 may train only with a parent or legal guardian’s written consent and, where the studio requires it, present.

Every member accepts the Studio Waiver and Release of Liability before their first class. It covers assumption of risk, communicable illness, recording in the studio, intellectual property, conduct and governing law.

Prices are in Qatari riyal. Qatar applies no VAT at the date above; founding pricing will be honoured as shown if VAT is introduced.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, and nothing in them removes rights you have under that law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Qatar. Complaints go first to qatar@karve.club; we reply within one working day.
