Privacy Policy

When you reserve a founding membership, order a product, join the list, apply to teach or contact us, we collect the details you type: name, email address, phone number, your message and your marketing choices.

We also collect analytics data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) about how the site is used. You can switch these off at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer, and they stay off.

To record and fulfil your order or reservation, to send the payment link before opening, to answer your message, and — only if you opted in — to tell you about the opening and offers by email or SMS/WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.

Orders and reservations are stored in KARVE’s own database and in our CRM (HubSpot). The site is hosted on Vercel. Payment details are never entered on this site; payment links are issued by our payment provider.

We only send marketing email or SMS/WhatsApp if you ticked the box on a form. Every message includes a way to stop, and a reply saying “stop” works too. Service messages about an order you placed (the confirmation, the payment link) are sent regardless of marketing choices because they are part of the order.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing qatar@karve.club. We keep order records for as long as needed for the membership and for accounting.

If you believe we hold data about you that we should not, or you want to withdraw consent for analytics, email us or use “Cookie preferences” in the footer; withdrawal deletes the analytics cookies and reloads the page.
