How KARVE compares to a reformer studio

A reformer class moves at a controlled, moderate pace and focuses on alignment and mobility. A KARVE class keeps the precision and adds load: four-count tempos under spring resistance, sets to fatigue, and a full-body sequence in every session. If you have done reformer Pilates, the first KARVE class will feel familiar and much harder.

Machines are custom-built Transformers with front and back platforms, straps and handles, so the class flows from legs to core to arms without changing equipment.

A single class is QAR 175 and the 7 Day All Access pass for new clients is QAR 349. Memberships are month to month: Maintain (4 classes) QAR 590, Define (8 classes) QAR 1,140, Unlimited QAR 1,200. Founding members lock Unlimited at QAR 1,200 for life; 100 spots per drop.
